Dear Burned Out and Under Paid Educators,
We were there too just a few short years ago. Feeling stuck, not appreciated for our skills and micromanaged; just like so many who are currently in education, we didn't know what to do to positively change our careers.
We took a leap and made a choice that changed our lives. Since then, we both have independently created 6 figure plus coaching and consulting businesses. 
Here is the crazy part... we created these businesses doing the same things we did while working in the school system.
When we exited (it was costing us more money to stay teaching then to grow our business) other educators kept asking us HOW we did it... So we started this group to help educators find their place online. This community is designed to help you find your niche, your value, your unique position in the online space so that you can do what we did and have the support to be able to achieve your goals.
